Dry Fruits And Nuts

Are nuts and dry fruit mixes a healthy snack?
Contains raisins, dried banana chips, dried apricots, almonds, filberts, and peanuts. Is this okay? Or do the nuts make it too high in fat to be a healthy snack for a dieter?
Both the nuts and the dried fruits are super dense in calories. They are also both very healthy. I’d say, if you’re trying to lose weight, avoid them, or at least be moderate. I’m talking very moderate! Measure out a portion size in your hand and know exactly how many cals/fats are in it. Think about how easy it is to eat 6 dried apricots, then think about how much more filling (for the same calories) 6 fresh apricots would be! Trail mix is great energy for hiking, though, hence the name “trail” mix!
